イオン注入技術の国際学会23rd International Conference on Ion Implantation Technology 2022 (IIT2022)が9/25-9/29に米国サンディエゴで開催されました。
covid-19の影響で4年ぶりの開催となった今回は、イオン注入やアニール技術に関して最新のプロセス/デバイス技術、装置、アプリケーションが報告され活発な議論が展開されました。
