Implantation turnaround
Standard turnaround time is 1–2 weeks, commencing after finalization of the implantation conditions and all required specifications.
Implantation cost
Please provide the implantation conditions and required quantity.
A detailed cost estimate will be prepared based on your requirements.
Wafer transport
Wafers are typically delivered to us by courier service in cassettes. Upon receipt, they are transferred to our internal cassettes or FOUPs for implantation processing.
Note: Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for any damage or loss of wafers or other items that may occur during transportation.
