9月25日-29日在圣地亚哥召开了离子注入国际会议

第23届2022年国际离子注入技术会议（IIT2022）于9月25日至29日在美国圣地亚哥举行。由于covid-19的影响，这次学会是时隔4年再次举办。在学会上本公司主要报告了关于离子注入、退火技术最新的工艺流程/设备技术、装置、应用程序等。在大会上展开了活跃的讨论。
